Is the gum receeded on that tooth? When, the gums receed and expose the part of the teeth, it has no enamel on it. So it's more prone to sensitivity or a cavity. Like when you use your fingernail and push at the bottom of the tooth, it hurts.You can get a filling on it. I have several from brushing too hard. Use a soft toothbrush and brush gently. Don't scrub or it'll damage your gums and teeth. Or it could be a cavity. Best to see a dentist. Good luck!
