What is this pain I am feeling in my mouth?

Everytime I drink or eat a tooth on my left side starts hurting severely! Is this a tooth sensitivity problem? What can I do to relieve this?
Answer:
If it only hurts when you drink or eat hot or cold things, then it could be sensitivity, but if it happens no matter what you eat, then it's most likely a cavity. Just go see a dentist ASAP, it would help.
Sounds like you have a cavity :(
If you don't think it is a cavity and just gums, try using Sensaodine toothpaste. There are cheaper versions so ask your pharmacist. Your gums maybe the culprit and you might want to ask about periodontal work at the dentists.
