What is the web connecting your lower inner lip to your gums?

Answer:
Frenula labii superioris connects the upper lip and frenula labii inferioris connects the lower lip to the gums. There is also frenula found in the digestive tract and external genitalia. Its purpose is to secure a mobile organ in the body.
Not a good place to Peirce, believe me.
