What is the best way to care for your teeth?

I brush my teeth and everyting but is there more I can do?
Answer:
you are on the right track:)proud of you for caring:)well flossing, mouth rinse(act or listerine) and getting cleanings every six months..or somewhere close to that:) and always getting your fillings done when you have cavitys(and cavities arent meaning your not doing the right thing because sometimes you could be doing the best job, everything right, and still get them, its hereditary, in the genes) if you dont fill cavities they get deeper and turn in root canals.great question!!:)
go to the dentist
floss
Brush and floss everyday and go to the dentist for routine exams every 6 months.
don't ever use bleaching agents or whiteners without approving them with your dentist first. Floss daily, and use an anti-gingivitis mouthwash. Also, don't smoke, and try to limit sweets.
Brush your teeth two times a day and floss. Use Listerine mouthwash at least once a day. See your dentist every 6 months (or however frequency recommended), and follow the recommendations for treatment that your dentist gives you. Don't wait until something hurts to go to the dentist. By then, you'll be in trouble, dentally and financially!
Brush your teeth twice a day, floss daily, and get regular checkups/cleaning from your dentist (semiannual). You can also cut down on the sweets and regular soda. If you have very bad teeth, you might want to consider using Listerine.
keep brushing you teeth and you should be fine
