What is the best choice of periodontal anesthesia/narcotic for those with Parkinson's?

Besides the regular way, is there any new way to help someone who has PD, a Penecillin allergy, and needs dental surgery.
Answer:
I suggest only the standard local anesthetic in the office, during the procedure..As for post procedure, I suggest a prescription for the pain medication ULTRAM or TRAMADOL 50 mg, 1 - 2 every 4 to 6 hours ..and if needed, add a 600 mg ibuprofen ..The Ultram or Tramadol is very effective for immediate pain relief without any of the harsh side effects from a traditional ( older ) narcotic.
It will not interfere with the Parkinson's meds and will also not affect the internal organs and most importantly, the mind, memory, and mental stability.. ( will not cause delirium or confusion..and will not cause any hallucinations )
